The shopping cart will store a log entry for every error message given to your customer.

As a merchant you will be able to review these errors to find possible bottlenecks/common problems that your customers may be having while using your shopping cart.

You can use this to improve your shopping cart performance and sales.

The tool will be available in the "Reports" section of the administration tool
1) Login
2) Order History
3) Reports
4) Select the "Recent User Errors" report

Errors will remain available in this tool for 30 days. Errors prior to the 30 day limit will not be available.
